Courtyard King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel A Budget property in the heart of Kailua-Kona town, the property sits on a small beach on Kailua Bay and shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Kona Bay Hotel Surrounded by swaying palms and fragrant plumerias, Kona Bay Hotel is located across the street from the site of the old Historic Kona Inn Hotel now the Kona Inn Shopping Village. Aston Kona by the Sea A nice 3 star condo property on the ocean. One of the better choices in the moderate category. Spacious suites with complete kitchens, most with spectacular ocean views. Kona Seaside Hotel The Kona Seaside is just a few steps from shops, restaurants, Hawaiian entertainment, and ocean activities. Across the blue Pacific ocean, this 200 room hotel, is just moments away from the numerous water activity that Kailua-Kona is known for. Royal Kona Resort The Alii Tower and Lagoon Tower have been remodeled and the guest rooms refurbished. As a result the resort has regained its vigor and is now the cream of hotels in Kailua-Kona town. Royal Sea Cliff Kona by Outrigger A nice mid-range condo on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Spacious and quiet. One of the better choices in the moderate category. Studio, 1, and 2 bedrooms. Castle Kona Bali Kai A very inexpensive condo. Possibly OK if you are on a tight budget and will not be in the room much. Ocean front but NOT on a swimming beach. Studio, 1, and 2 bedrooms. Keauhou Beach Resort Our top choice for a Kailua-Kona hotel. Features on property cultural programs and adjacent to one of the area's best snorkeling spots. Kona Coast Resort Beautifully landscaped and conveniently located across from the Keahou Shopping Village and adjacent to the Kona Country Club Golf Course. Kahalu'u Beach and scenic Keauhou Bay are within walking distance. 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums. Castle Kanaloa at Kona A nice, clean condo in the Keahou area. Go for the ocean view rooms! 1 and 2 bedrooms. Holua Resort Very nice condos in the Keauhou area. 1 and 2 bedrooms. Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay Reopened April 2005, after a 2 year, $70 million renovation. The nicest property on the Keauhou coast, luxurious rooms, and a 1/3 acre indoor/outdoor pool. Home of the Awesome Manta Ray Experience. (Formerly the Kona Surf Resort.) Hotel rooms and suites.
