Our Sales Manager Chris Says ...   Being just across the street from the ocean, this inexpensive condo property is a great place to stay without spending higher prices for a beachfront location.
Our Agent Brad Says ...   This a good choice if you are looking for a mid-level condo in the Kihei area. It is across the street from a very nice beach. The condos are well taken care of and clean. They are nothing fancy, but a good choice in this price range.
Our Agent Phyllis Says ...   The units are individually owned at the Aston Maui Banyan. Some are much nicer than others, so you'll want to make sure to ask for a recently renovated unit. The property is across the street from a nice beach, but it's A VERY BUSY street, and if you're travelling with younger children, I suggest that you consider staying at a property that is on the beach. You may want to consider the Outrigger Napili Shores or the Hale Hui Kai. The Aston Maui Banyan does not offer a lot of grass or landscaped areas. It does however, have two small pools with a hot tub in each pool area.
