| CONSTRUCTION ALERT: The Hyatt Regency Maui will begin a $10 million room renovation in late August, 2010 with an expected completion date of December 15, 2010. The hotel reports that the refurbishment will not impact any of their guests as it will be completed by floor causing no disturbance to customers. In addition, Japengo Restaurant and Sushi Bar will be completed in December, 2010 (formerly known as Cascades).
