Walton Our Agent Maryjayne Says ...   The Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy is located on the East side of the island. The rooms are very beautiful and spacious with an island style theme. There are no elevators, but the property only has three floors so the stairs should not be too challenging. It is an oceanfront property, but the beachfront is not suitable for swimming due to rough ocean conditions. This is the best value for a condo property on the East side. Each of their units are managed and maintained to the finest quality, and the staff is very friendly. With it's central location guests are approximatley a 40 minute drive from the North or West sides of the island. Endangered Hawaiian munk seals have been known to lounge on it's ocean front beach!!
