Here's what my client had to say: Hello, I would have to say that overall the experience with using Travel-Hawaii. com was great and the accommodation (The Aina Nalu in Lahaina) was outstanding. I would definitely recommend both Travel-Hawaii. com and the Aina Nalu to friends and associates. I had no trouble at check-in (other than they initially didn't give us our Big Kahuna Pack, but we asked for it later and got it without a problem) and the newly renovated rooms and grounds were fabulous. We had a two bedroom on the ground floor and the layout was great for us and our two kids. Definitely well worth the price, especially with the in-suite laundry.
