We asked for another room the next morning and were given a clean, bright room. Perhaps some of the neglected units should be taken out of circulation until they are overhauled. Doesn't seem right to be charging the same price for the awful unit we stayed in the first night compared to the terrific unit we had after. Our Agent Brad Says ...   This is a nice mid-range condo that offers great ocean views. As the name implies, it is up on a cliff overlooking the ocean, but it is not on a sandy swimming beach. For that you will have to drive a bit. The condos are in good shape and are a good value. Our Agent Maryjayne Says ...   The Outrigger Royal Sea Cliff is my favorite condo property in Kailua Kona. This oceanfront property is very beautiful and clean. The units are spacious with a living room, full kitchen, and in-room washer/dryer.
