On the East Side of the Garden Isle, between the historical towns of Kapa'a and Wailua, is a beachfront haven unlike any other. It's a place where Hawaiian kings and high chiefs sought solitude, famous filmmakers captured their most prized backdrops, and Hemmingway found inspiration. Now its your turn. Your day might start with a watercolor sunrise, a cup of Kauai-grown coffee and a sweet papaya from the local market, Or maybe a barefoot trek on the golden sands as a shearwater competes with the shorebreak for his morning catch. Our Agent Ron Says ...   The Outrigger Waipouli Beach Resort, a luxury condo, just recently (2007) opened its doors, allowing travelers to experience Kauai at its best. The hotel is not on a swimming beach, but let me tell you, the swimming pool is one of a kind. Jump in it and you probably might find yourself vacationing at this lovely resort the whole time you're there!! It's also good to know you can walk across the street to the Waipouli Village Center, pick up groceries and cook in your unit.
