If notice of cancellation for reservations from December 21 - January 4 (Holiday Season) is received more than 90 days prior to arrival the fee will be $100. Deposits become non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival during High and Regular Season, and 90 days prior to arrival during Holiday Season. LATE ARRIVALS/EARLY DEPARTURES: No refunds will be made for guests arriving after reserved arrival date or departing before reserved departue date.

Experience ultimate oceanfront luxury at this private resort in Poipu Beach on the garden island of Kauai in Hawaii. Poipu Kapili offers the perfect, peaceful retreat; this small, privately owned resort consists of sixty, plantation-style condominiums spread over five acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The one and two-bedroom condominiums offer spacious living with spectacular ocean views from every unit.
Renown for a personal level of service, our friendly staff will help you plan your exploration to Kauai's many attractions. Discover world class golf, incredible white sand beaches, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, shopping and some of the finest dining on the island - all within a short walk or five minute drive of Poipu Kapili.
One-Bedroom Units:
You will enjoy privacy and comfort, with almost 1200 square feet of living space and two baths in our one-bedroom units. One-bedroom units have a king-size bed in the bedroom and many have a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing for a maximum of four guests in each unit. Kitchens are well equipped with everything from microwave ovens to small electrical appliances. You'll even find an iron and ironing board to take the traveled look out of your wardrobe. All units have TVs, VCRs, CD & Cassette players.
Two-Bedroom Units:
Our two-bedroom units offer 1900 square feet, (2600 square feet for the penthouse), enough space and privacy to comfortably accommodate families or couples traveling together. These are townhouse style units with two bedrooms and two full baths on the upstairs level, third bath, laundry room, kitchen, dining and living room on the ground level. Enjoy dramatic ocean views from the master bedroom as well as the living area. Typical bedding includes a king-size bed in the master room and twin beds in the second bedroom, although variations exist. Twin beds can be made to a king-size if requested in advance. A few units have sofa sleepers, allowing for a maximum of six guests. Kitchens are well equipped with everything from microwave ovens to small electrical appliances. All two-bedroom units have full size washers and dryers. You'll even have an iron and ironing board to take the traveled look out of your wardrobe. All units have TVs, VCRs, CD & Cassette players.

Our Agent Phyllis Says ...   One of the nicest condos in Poipu, located next to the Sheraton, which offers one of the best swimming beaches on the island. The units are large and have lovely interiors. This one is my pick for Poipu condos! Call me at ext. 119 if you have any questions!
Our Agent Ron Says ...   Even though a beach does not front the Poipu Kapili you can take a short 3 minute walk and enjoy the beach near the Sheraton Kauai. The rooms here are beautiful, up to date and nicely furnished. I highley recommend the Ocean Front Units.
