CONSTRUCTION ALERT: The Sheraton Waikiki has completed its $187 million renovation and revitalization project. This rebith gives them the perfect opportunity to add a world-class guest amenity to the property with the creation of a Sheraton Club Lounge, which is also being incorporated into other Sheraton properties across the nation. The new Club Lounge will be located on the current site of the Twist at Hanohano, taking advantage of the spectacular views from 30 stories above Waikiki Beach. Sheraton Waikiki will continue to focus on its award-winning dining options at Kai Market and RumFire. Due to this change, Twist at Hanohano will officially close at the end of business on March 31st 2010. The New Sheraton Club Lounge will officially open on October 1st of 2010, the hours of operation will be from 6am to 10am and from 4pm to 8pm. A nice continental breakfast will be served in the morning and appetizers in the evening along with alcoholic beverages for a fee. Complimentary Internet Service, A state of the art board room and other features will enhance the overall experience for the individual traveler as well as group and business guests.
Sheraton Waikiki Resort's Family & Childrens Program The Sheraton Waikiki Resort's Childrens program is run by Poppins Keiki Hawaii, and is a drop-in care center on the fourth floor licensed by the State of Hawaii. The Activity Program, for kids 2.5 to 12 yrs, is $180 per child for a full day (9A-4P) and $90 per child fro a half day (9A-12N or 1P-4P). There's also an Infant/Toddler Room (ages under 2.5 yrs). The Drop-In Care Center Room (ages over 2.5 years) is in Suite 435 and is Open Daily 9AM to 6PM. Kids 2.5-3 years are $30/hr and ages 4-12 years are $26/hour. There's also an Infant/Toddler Program (the only one in Waikiki) for those aged 3 months through 2.5 years.
