Cirque Hawaii is a multi million dollar state of the art theatrical entertainment and sensory delight showcasing world renowned and award winning talent that brings together over 30 artists from around the globe performing in this awe inspiring production. With 70-foot high aerial apparatus, artists will perform feats of daring beauty never seen before. 478 seats and up to 2 shows nightly the Cirque Hawaii show lends itself to dramatic use of the aerial, as well as a state of the art, surround sound and spectacular lighting. The show is a talented and exotic blend of strength, balance, humor, skill, beauty and grace. Cirque Hawaii will entertain young and old alike. In one awe-inspiring performance guests will witness high-energy dance, acrobats, amazing balancing acts along with aerialists, clowns, contortionists, flying trapeze and much more. Staging, lights and special effects will be state of the art, featuring Surround Sound, Projections, Hazers & Foggers along with synchronized intelligent lighting.

Venue and Show Concept
With 70-foot high aerial apparatus, artists will perform feats of daring beauty never seen before. 478 seats and up to 2 shows nightly (not including shortened for special groups and afternoon matinees) the Cirque Hawaii show lends itself to dramatic use of the aerial, as well as a state of the art stage, surround sound and spectacular lighting. The show will be a talented and exotic blend of strength, balance, humor, skill, beauty and grace. Cirque Hawaii will be entertaining young and old alike for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Theater Location
The show will occupy the former IMAX Theater in the heart of Waikiki on Seaside Avenue between Kalakaua and Kuhio Street. Just Mauka of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center sandwiched between Waikiki Business Plaza and Shopping Plaza. Limited non host parking available at theater.

Acts and Descriptions

• Bungee
  Seemingly weightless performers float, tumble and fly through the air in an amazing aerial dance. They drop from their trapezes in turn or as a group, their falls halted only by the elastic around their waists.
• Contortion
  The performer's gracious flexibility captivates the imagination. Contortionist moves elegantly through a series of amazing positions of ever-increasing difficulty and flexibility. They execute imaginative and impressive feats of strength and balance, while stretching the human body in all ways possible. With such fluid movements, the contortionist is a metamorphic display of extra-ordinary forms. Graceful body language and movements underline the perfection of the female form exuding new dimensions to this long-held circus tradition.
  
• Trapeze
  High above the audience, figures appear, swinging on the circus mainstay trapeze, an aerial display of harmony, beauty, and trust. Their movements are a celebration of oneness; they are two halves of a whole. Trapeze artists fly through the air with both grace and strength. Given the physical demands of this discipline, both the solo and duo trapeze acts have been in order to ensure at least one trapeze act per performance.
• Teeterboard
  Performers are catapulted up to 35 feet in the air, where they complete stunning aerial acrobatics before landing on their feet, on the shoulders of others or high atop human pyramids. The talented and agile flyers perform multiple somersaults and mid-air twists with great force and grace. The teeterboard requires a great deal of concentration and mutual trust between the performers since it is an act where the acrobats are vaulted into the air from seesaw-like teeterboards.
• Transformation
  A duo magically changes their costumes so rapidly you won't believe your eyes. They are just like magic!
• Flying Silk
  Silk fabric, which supports and cradles artist high in the air. In harmony with the synchronized music, artists and cloth intertwine, separate, and embrace again. The translucent fabric occasionally hugs the body of the performer, creating a stunning effect. An aerial show performed by elegant artists sometimes on the ground, sometimes in the air defies gravity in a breathtaking performance and is a marriage of incredible skill, agility and strength
• Russian Bar
  A large troupe of acrobats performs tricks by bouncing in the air from a single pole that is held and balanced by two strong men on the ground. The performers will amaze you with their strength, balance, coordination and beauty.
• Skip Rope
  Drawing inspiration from dance, acrobatics and schoolyards, this familiar child's game is transformed into a brilliant adult circus act. As the ropes beat time, a group of coordinated acrobats/performers creates a steady stream of solo, duo and group jumps.

Rates are per person including 4.712% state tax.

Cancellation Penalties: For all optional vacation tours - activities and tour routings are subject to change without notice. Generally tours canceled outside of 48 hours will not have cancel penalties. No shows are subject to no refund. Tours missed due to illness will be entitled to a full refund if physicians papers are submitted.
