You can then call the vendors DIRECTLY to confirm your reservations. Block Space Bookings- Please note that some of our hotel reservations are booked through wholesalers who utilize a "block system" with some hotels. Although the reservations are confirmed and the space is reserved for you, the hotel does not learn the actual names of the guests until a few days before their arrival. In these cases, you cannot directly confirm your reservations except near your actual travel date. Once we book your reservations, you can confirm your airline reservations immediately by calling the airlines direct. For car reservations, you should have your reservation number immediately and you can call the car rental company directly to confirm. For hotel reservations, there is usually a 1-2 day delay until their computer systems are updated with your reservation information.
