Aston Paki Maui
An inexpensive oceanfront condo on a rocky shoreline. Not good for swimming. We only recommend it if you are on a tight budget but want an oceanfront setting. Needs renovation. Great ocean views.
Aston Kaanapali Shores
A moderate condominium in Honokowai, North of Kaanapali. On a decent beach, with tennis courts and a restaurant. Studio, 1, and 2 bedrooms.
Kaanapali Beach Club
Great beach. Great pool. Great condo-suites. Great location. A good choice for families.
Aston Mahana at Kaanapali
A 3 star high-rise condo outside the main Kaanapali area. On a good beach. All of the rooms are ocean front. The views are spectacular from the higher floors. Studio, 1, and 2 bedrooms.

Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa
Luxurious resort on the beach at famous Black Rock. Its landscaped grounds have a quiet and open feel. Over 80% of its rooms are Ocean View or Ocean Front.
Kaanapali Beach Hotel
The least expensive property on famous Kaanapali Beach that promises to be the most Hawaiian hotel on Maui. Newly renovated rooms. Great aloha spirit at this hotel!

Outrigger Aina Nalu
An inexpensive condo in the middle of Lahaina Town. Nothing fancy but it is OK if you are on a budget. There are no good beaches within walking distance of the hotel. Studio, 1, and 2 bedrooms.

The only beachfront hotel in the historic town of Lahaina. Shops, restaurants, and historical sights are just a short walk away. Studio and 1 bedrooms.

Maui Coast Hotel
A small boutique hotel in South Maui. A good economical choice for those who do not require a larger full-service resort environment. Not on the ocean.

The Royal Mauian has some unique features such as a beautiful roof garden, with a breathtaking 360 degree view, roof garden barbecues and refrigerated serving bar are among the features.
Hale Kamaole
A nice, inexpensive condo across the street from the beach. 1 and 2 bedrooms.

Kihei Surfside resort is an ocean front property, just steps from Wailea's first beach, Keawekapu.
