When you purchase travel from Travel Hawaii you provide your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address — This information is collected for several reasons including: (i) personal identification; (ii) to complete air, car, and hotel reservations; (iii) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary; (iv) to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (v) to make product improvements to Travel Hawaii. In addition, your e-mail address is collected to send you an e-mail message confirming each of your reservations. As a customer you will occasionally receive updates from us about fare sales in your area, special offers, new Travel Hawaii services, and other noteworthy news items. However, you may always decline to receive these e-mail messages. Please see our Opt-Out policy described below.
Customer Profile
Members can choose to provide Travel Hawaii with travel preferences, credit-card billing information, ticket-delivery address, travel-agency preferences and other personal information. This information is primarily used to assist customers in making reservations.
Newsletters
Travel Hawaii's newsletter (if applicable) are optional benefits for members that keep you up to date with the latest travel deals and low airfares.
Online Surveys
Travel Hawaii values opinions and comments from members, so we may conduct online surveys. These surveys are entirely optional for all customers. Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to Travel Hawaii and to develop appealing content, features and promotions for customers. Survey participants are anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey.

When you reserve or purchase travel services through Travel Hawaii, we provide information about you to the airline, car-rental agency, hotel, travel agency or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements.
We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. Occasionally, Travel Hawaii may hire a third party to act on our behalf for projects such as market-research surveys and contest-entry processing and will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in connection with these projects. The information we provide to such third parties is protected by a confidentiality agreement and is to be used solely for completing the specific project. As a customer you will occasionally receive e-mail updates from us about fare sales in your area, special offers, new Travel Hawaii services, and other noteworthy news items. We hope you will find these updates interesting and informative. Of course, if you would rather not receive them, please follow the remove instructions at the bottom of each newsletter.
How can you access, update or correct your information?

What safeguards are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information?
All information you provide to Travel Hawaii when making purchases is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. In addition, when you make travel purchases on Travel Hawaii, you are protected by Travel Hawaii's Shop Safe Guarantee.
What other information should I know about my privacy?
Travel Hawaii may contain links to other Web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another Web site for which Travel Hawaii has no responsibility. Of course, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any account information.
