Policies:
- We normally ship your travel documents to you via US Priority Mail or Global Priority Mail at the rates noted above.
- We must ship your travel documents via DHL (or US Express Mail in certain cases) at the rates above if: 1) Your order includes air vouchers, air coupons, or regular paper airline tickets. Airline tickets that are issued as E-tickets do not have to be shipped via DHL or US Express Mail ; or 2) If you are departing for Hawaii within 10 days of the completion of your order--this is so we have enough time to get your travel documents to you. If you are traveling within 10 days of your order, please ask your agent for special arrangements for receiving your documents. After shipping, if you call DHL and re-direct your package to another address, you will be subject to the re-direct charges from DHL (usually $10 in the US), which will normally be billed to your credit card.
- Included in most packages we send will be one or more complimentary copies of the excellent "101 Things to Do" magazines, or similar publications, that will provide you a wealth of information on activities you can pursue once you are in Hawaii. If, however, we ship to International destinations via DHL or US Express Mail , there will be a shipping surcharge (because of the increased weight) if you want these publications included in your shipment.
- Your travel documents will be shipped within 3 business days of your order, often sooner.
- Shipments to Alaska and to PO Boxes in the U.S. are shipped via Prioirity Mail or US Express Mail .
