Sorry to say we were not happy with our stay ay Kaanapali Villas this last time. Upon our arrival we were told we were being down sized because of over booking. I booked way in advance and requested a condo by the restaurant with a view and close to the pool. Instead was given a condo that was out dated and need of repair, on the sixth floor with ocean view, but no balcony. They did refund a very small amount of money, and moved us to two different condo's in a five day stay. Other guests also told us of similar stories. Sorry to say we will never come back.

We hope to have our third vacation at Aston Maui Kaanapali Villas. Super hotel, great staff, perfect location!

Our Agent Phyllis Says ... The Oceanside studios are great, step out of your studio and into the pool or off into the beach. Great for the whole family!

Our Agent Brad Says ... This property offers many different types of rooms from hotel to 2br condos. The Aston Shores at Waikoloa is on a good beach and the entire property is slightly isolated from other resorts. One note of caution, the "ocean side" rooms do not necessarily have ocean views although they ARE ocean side.
