GENERAL INFORMATION:Oceanfront property on the Big Islands sunny Kona Coast. Parking is free.
Mandatory check-out cleaning fee is as follows:
$135 plus tax 1 Bedrooms;
For stays of 10+ nights the fee includes midstay cleaning:
$200 plus tax 1 Bedrooms.
Mandatory Check-Out Cleaning Fee is subject to change without notice.
Maid service can be purchased from $20 to $55 depending on the size of
the unit and type of service you would like.
Check in is at Kona Bali Kai.
Guests can bypass the formal check-in process by calling Kona Bali Kai
on day of arrival or 1 to 2 days prior to their arrival.
They will ask for credit card info for incidentals and cleaning fee.
Unit number & lock box combination to get room key will be given.
Kona Bali Kai phone is 808-329-9381 and front desk hours are 8am to 5pm.
After hours check in procedure:
For any after hours check-in there is a courtesy phone located outside
the front desk that will page the security.
Guard will provide guest with the check in packet.
Property map and lock box instructions pinned to board at front office.
