*Mandatory check-out cleaning fee is as follows:
One Bedrooms $100.00 plus tax per stay.
Two Bedrooms $150.00 plus tax per stay.
For stays of 10+ nights, the fee includes mid-stay cleaning:
One Bedrooms $150.00 plus tax per stay.
Two Bedrooms $225.00 plus tax per stay.
Cleaning fee is per stay, per unit, collected at check-out.
