?? An inexpensive oceanfront condo on a rocky shoreline. Not good for swimming. We only recommend it if you are on a tight budget but want an oceanfront setting. Needs renovation. Great ocean views.

GENERAL INFORMATION:Two night minimum stay (four during Holiday), unless otherwise stated.
Studios allow for one crib. NO rollaways allowed in Studios.
1 & 2 bedrooms allow maximum of one rollaway and one crib per room.
Crib and rollaway are additional fee payable to property.
No maid service is offered, but the room is professionally cleaned and
prepped prior to your arrival.
No air conditioning.
Mandatory check-out cleaning fee is as follows:
For stays of 1-9 nights:
$110.00 plus tax Studio; $130.00 plus tax 1 BR; $150.00 plus tax 2 BR.
For stays of 10+ nights, the fee includes mid-stay cleaning:
$165.00 plus tax Studio; $195.00.00 plus tax 1 BR; $225.00 plus tax 2 BR.
Cleaning fee is per stay, per unit, collected at check-out.
Front desk hours of operation are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
After-hours check-in procedure:
