Overall: very nice property, too many kids, great staff, awesome facilities. The check-in greeting set us up for two of the nicest days we've spent anywhere. The cultural center was very nice, but we were unable to enjoy it fully because a class was set up and occupied the entire space. Room service was impeccable. We loved the outdoor shower and used it every time rather than inside. Tub was perfect size for a nice soak. Would've liked to have a complimentary fitness class per day, use of beach toys to include surfboards or body boards and kayaks, rather than for example, a turn-down service. The room price was steep and I expected a little more to be included.

Superlative in all respects!

Our Agent Brad Says ... This is one of the most luxurious resorts in Hawaii. The accommodations and the service are superb. Dinner and drinks on the beach while watching the sun go down makes for a very romantic evening! The only slight drawback to this resort is that its beaches are only OK not great.

Our Agent Tina Says ... My client wrote me the following. ."The Pagoda Hotel, a LITE hotel met and, in fact, exceeded all of our expectations. It was spectacular! The hotel is very understated; no serpintine water slides, mega lobby, ocean-like pool, etc. We preferred it that way. The hotel property is beautiful, clean and perfectly maintained. The staff was the best we ever have seen. At every turn, the staff would go the extra mile to make us feel special. Bottom line, Tina, is that you sent us to the RIGHT place! Thank you for your patience, time and recommendations. It was the vacation of a life time. M & S Lamberlaw

Our Agent Maryjayne Says ... The Four Seasons Hualalai is my favorite resort on the Big Island. Located on the Kohala Coast, it has a beautiful setting on the ocean and near the golf course. All of the room categories have an ocean view, except for the golf course view room. The resort has everything on property- restaurants, fish ponds, basketball court, volleyball court, water sports center, and lots more. The spa was recently voted top resort spa in America by Conde Naste Traveler! If you want a very luxurious property, you must stay at the Four Seasons Hualalai!
