Amazing hotel in a great location with fantastic service. Totally lived up to my expectations. They kindly gave us a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Jennifer (New Zealand)

My family and I stayed at the Four Seasons Maui and had a 5 star plus experience. From check-in to check-out our family had an amazing experience. My children were treated like royalty and because we were celebrating our 10th year wedding anniversary and my birthday, they upgraded our hotel room without requesting and they sent us wonderful gifts for everyone to enjoy throughout our stay. Given this truly wonderful experience from all the employees to the amenities the hotel offers, we will only use a Four Seasons hotel for our vacations.

Our Sales Manager Chris Says ... The Four Seasons name is well known for providing great service. This hotel is, of course, no exception. It is set back slightly from the ocean and has nice landscaped grounds. I am not too impressed with the views of the ocean in ocean category rooms so I would go for the gardenview!

Our Owner Roz Says ... The Andaz Maui at Wailea Villas is everything you'd expect from the Four Seasons with the added special magic of Hawaii! A perfect oceanfront setting on the largest of Wailea's crescent shaped beaches, offering casual elegance with impeccable service. It is one of Maui's finest resort destinations.

Our Agent Brad Says ... Excellent customer service and a great beach. The Wailea area is very upscale and less hectic than the Kaanapali area.
