GENERAL INFORMATION:Resort fee is $50.00 plus tax per room daily, collected at check-out.
The minimum night stay varies, with three as an absolute minimum.
Upon arrival, a $1,000.00 security deposit hold will be placed on
the guest's credit card. Guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age
to check in. All villas are non-smoking. Self parking is complimentary,
including one attached garage and one covered carport per villa.
Each Villa will receive daily housekeeping services.
Rollaway beds are NOT included in the extra person charge.
Rollaway beds may be ordered for additional fee payable to property.
Rollaway beds are subject to availability.
Only one rollaway is allowed in each guestroom.
