A $350.00 fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking condos.
Rates include check-out cleaning fee and reservation/damage waiver fee.
Smoking is NOT allowed in any of the condominiums.
Four (4) night minimum stay required, unless otherwise stated.
The air conditioning is a window unit.
IMPORTANT: A refundable $500.00 Security Deposit is Collected Upon Arrival.
Rollaways and cribs MUST be purchased in advance to be ready for arrival.
There is a three-day minimum charge on all rentals.
Cancellations MUST be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival.
