we stayed at the Sands last year are coming back next year. great expereince - and what a price. employees very nice and helpful. any bad comments i believe is because they want to come back and are afraid there are no rooms available. great location, nice pool and the beach is the best. the restaurant is closed, but what? many more places to choose from. Thumbs up for the Sands.

Gross, filthy, and bad customer service. Don't stay here, the manager is horrible with customer service and her employees aren't trained in how to work at a hotel. No compensation for a missed reservation due to airline delays. Mold growing under stone at pool and tiny rooms that must have been built in the 50's. Smells bad and the hotel restaurant is reminiscent of The Shining and appears that it hasn't been open for years. Not worth the cheap price, just stay somewhere else and you'll have a better experience.
