The place needs updateing- sliding doors and sofa beds are bascically non-functional. Carpets were very dirty and the unit overall was not clean.

Kiahuna Plantation Resort Kauai by Outrigger Reviews image Our Agent Phyllis Says ...    This is the only condo property on a swimming beach in Poipu. It is a large property, 35 acres. The garden view units are a considerable distance from the beach, and are next to the road and parking area so you may experience road noise. If you want to be close to the beach, then you'll need to book an ocean front unit since even the ocean view units can be a distance from the ocean.
