We love the 2 bedroom appartment we stayed in. We have 3 daugthers, 17, 20 & 23 and they all slept int he huge king bed that was extremely comforatble and there was ne need to use the sofa bed. The appartment is exactly as it was in the pictures and extremely clean. We had great views of the city and the beech and the balcony is huge. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they provided great service. We loved that we could use the Outrigger pool. Would definetly stay again and recomend to others. Thanks for a perfect stay.

The two bedroom condo was not as nice as a one bedroom we have stayed previously. The pictures are not as accurate as the rooms. I know that you have to show pictures, but they were miles off from our room. The bathroom was for disabled, with a very frustrating basin and faucet. The second bedroom's mattress was terrible. It was leaning to both sides. It was a battle just to stay on the bed at night, so one of us slept on the sofa bed. The staff's service was nice, friendly. We were very dissapointed from the previous time. Will think twice about booking Outrigger Regency on Beach Walk next time.

Unit 85 was a pleasant surprise---well equipped and up to date, with a balcony. Kudos also for the parking arrangement; it was a pleasure to be able to go in and out without having to summon someone. Advice: let new residents know that they can utilize the Outrigger Reef pool! That makes a big difference.

Our Agent Phyllis Says ... The interior design in units at this property is quite lovely. They are very modern and up to date with clean lines. The bedding consists of one queen bed in each bedroom and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room is small and the balcony is large - almost as big as the living room! Due to the small size of the units, I would not recommend more than 4 people in the two-bedroom units or three in the one-bedroom units, even though the property allows up to 6 in the two-bedroom rooms and 4 in the one-bedroom rooms. The property does not have a swimming pool but guests are allowed to use the pool at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach, about a 3-5 minute walk away. Pricing is attractive since the property just opened this year.

Our Sales Manager Chris Says ... The Queen Kapiolani Hotel is another piece to the redevelopment of the whole area. The units are very nicely furnished and the property affords easy access to all the shops and restaurants at the Waikiki Beach Walk Retail Entertainment Center. While the property does not have a swimming pool guest do have access to the pool at the nearby Outrigger Reef on the Beach.
