Wailua Bay View is a condo complex, not a hotel. All the units are privately owned. Most are managed by a rental management company with a handful managed directly by the owner. It's important to note that this place is not a hotel and other than the on-site manager who maintains the grounds, pool and building exterior, there is no staff on hand. This much more of a VRBO-type experience than a hotel or resort. If you're looking for a VRBO-type place, it's a great location and an awesome value.
