Travel Hawaii LLC has been a proud member of the Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau (HVCB) since 1999. HVCB is a private, nonprofit corporation, organized by visitor-industry member companies and associations. At the same time the HVCB is the State of Hawaii's official tourism marketing organization, responsible for creating Hawaii's brand-name image globally and promoting travel to all of the Islands.
HVCB members include airlines, attractions, hotels, car companies, restaurants, retail stores, wholesalers, travel agents and other businesses interested in keeping Hawaii's tourism industry strong. Members pay dues and contribute millions of dollars worth of services in support of the HVCB's marketing mission.

Member of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Since 2001
Travel Hawaii LLC has been a member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) since 2001. CLIA is dedicated to the training of cruise-oriented travel agents and the promotion of cruising vacations. An integral part of CLIA's message is the benefit of planning a vacation with a CLIA travel agency. 90 percent of all cruises are booked through travel agencies like Travel Hawaii LLC.

How to Verify Your Reservations
We book your reservations through special discount contracts with a variety of airlines, hotels, car companies, and wholesalers. You can usually confirm your reservations directly with most of these companies by calling them and giving them your individual confirmation numbers , which you can find on your online itinerary, or by asking your Travel Hawaii LLC agent. You can then call the vendors DIRECTLY to confirm your reservations.
Block Space Bookings - Please note that some of our hotel reservations are booked through wholesalers who utilize a "block system" with some hotels. Although the reservations are confirmed and the space is reserved for you, the hotel does not learn the actual names of the guests until a few days before their arrival. In these cases, you cannot directly confirm your reservations except near your actual travel date.
Once we book your reservations, you can confirm your airline reservations immediately by calling the airlines direct. For car reservations, you should have your reservation number immediately and you can call the car rental company directly to confirm. For hotel reservations, there may be a one to two day delay until their computer systems are updated with your reservation information.
