Kipu Ranch encompasses 3000 acres to explore, and their ATV and four-wheel drive tours take full advantage of every inch. The Ranch, Mountain and Waterfall Adventures are all fun, providing excitement for small groups and families alike. Children under the age of 15 will need to ride in the “mule”, but kids 16 and over will love roaming the lush rainforests, hidden ravines, and miles upon miles of trails that the ranch has to offer. The local guides will provide instruction on the proper use of the vehicles, helmets and other necessary safety equipment. Guests should wear long pants and, closed-toe shoes, and bring along sunscreen and bug repellent. This tour is a great way to see the vibrant Kauai countryside.

The 3 hour "Ultimate Ranch Tour" is our most popular tour. After instruction and some practice time you embark on an exciting journey through the diverse landscape and history that makes Kipu one of the top eco-tours in the state of Hawaii today.
You will be sharing the area with cattle, wild pigs, pheasants, peacocks and wild turkeys.
Many movies were filmed on Kipu Ranch and the ranch tour takes you to some of those locations.
Our guides are often the highlight of the tour as they share the history and legends and point out some of the more interesting sites, medicinal plants and photo spots. They are skilled at getting you comfortable, keeping you safe and making the tour fun for everyone.
The views on the Ranch Tour include the incredible view of Kipu Kai from the top of the mountain, through the forests and along the Hule'ia river to the Indiana Jones Swing. The Ranch Tour has some challenging terrain but is a tour and is kept at a safe speed. Whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned rider you will love the scenery and the trails.
We provide drinks and snacks as well as helmets, goggles and bandanas. You should wear long pants and must wear closed toe shoes.

Our two-hour highlight tour offers guests the opportunity to select from our premium 4x4 UTV vehicle fleet. Our vehicles have the capacity to accommodate 4-6 guests - making this tour perfect for families and large groups. Hands down, the best activity value for bringing along the whole family with unit pricing per vehicle offering a huge savings for larger groups. We provide helmets, goggles and bandannas. For a fun filled day with your family and friends, our waterfall tour is the adventure for you. Hop into the Huleia River via Indiana Jones rope swing and splash into our tropical spring fed waterfall. Dine in paradise at our seasonal waterfall while enjoying a delicious deli-style sandwich buffet.. We provide helmets, goggles and bandanas. Closed toe shoes are required.

Monday - Saturday, 8:00am
Daily - 11:30am
Check-in 15 minutes prior.
Tour Includes: - Swimming - Tour stops at 2 locations for swimming
- Seasonal Waterfall - During the summer months or time of drought, waterfall at lunch stop is not flowing

Policies and Regulations
All drivers MUST be at least 18 years of age to operate machines and MUST provide a valid picture ID with Date of Birth.
Guests 7 years and older are welcome on Ultimate Ranch, Waterfall Picnic and VIP Triple Trail Tours. Guests 5 years and older are welcome on the 2-hr Waterfall Jungle Tour.
All guests under 18 must have a legal guardian sign for them.
No recent surgeries, back/knee problems, pregnant women, or any serious health conditions allowed on tours.
Covered, closed toe shoes REQUIRED for all tours. Water shoes REQUIRED for those planning on swinging on Indiana Jones Rope Swing or swimming at waterfall.
Guests may get dusty or muddy depending on weather conditions. We recommend guests wear dark clothing or clothing they don’t mind getting stained by Kauai’s red dirt.
Guests are encouraged to wear swim attire underneath clothing if guests plan on swinging on rope swing or swimming at waterfall.
Rope Swing and Waterfall are weather permitting.
Recommend extra change of clothes and towel. Highly recommend sunscreen, bug spray and a camera.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Valuable items not recommended on tour. Tour operator will not be held responsible if lost, stolen or damaged. No personal storage available on site.
Safety helmets and goggles are provided by Kipu Ranch Adventures and are required for all guests to wear.
Guests are requested to arrive on-time. Tours operate on schedule and cannot wait for late guests.
Tours operate rain or shine with the exception of severe weather conditions.
If guests are booking on behalf of another person or group, it is their responsibility to inform each participant of these restrictions. |

| Optional Tours and Golf - All activities and golf are subject to change and or cancel without notice. Holidays rates or close-outs may apply. Please have your clients call to verify their activities/pick-up times upon arrival in Hawaii. Date, day and or time changes or cancellations may occur at any time due to weather, low occupancy or mechanical problems. Generally, tours cancelled outside of 48 hours will not have cancel penalties, however, each tour may have individual restrictions. No shows are subject to no refund. Tours missed due to illness will be entitled to a full refund if physicians papers are submitted. |
