A nice, moderate condo across the street from the beach. 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms.

Our Agent Brad Says ...    The Castle Kaha Lani is a decent condo property that is across the street from a very good beach. The condos are all individually owned, so they are all decorated differently. All in all this a nice place for the budget conscious traveller. Our client, C. Quilliam, had this to say about their stay their in March 2002. .. ."The accommodation was excellent. The ground floor unit (#1-101) was quiet and gave us good access to the pool and beach. That was a good tip you gave us. We liked Maui and will be back. " Our Agent Kelsey Says ...    This condo is a good value in the Kihei area. It is located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park and is surrounded by tropical gardens. There are units that are clean and well maintained and I like the fact that each unit has a washer/dryer, however beware because there are also many units in very bad shape. I recommend booking 1 bedroom Deluxe and above since the lower categories have no view. Our Sales Manager Chris Says ...    We are getting mixed reviews about the Castle Kaha Lani because there is variation in the quality of the units. It is an inexpensive property, and for the price the units that are well maintained are well worth it, however there are also units there in poor shape. Tip - request a renovated unit - and call the property directly the day prior to check-in to see it they were able to accommodate your request. Hotels and condos will never guarantee a request of this nature.
