We all enjoyed staying here. Rooms were very clean and spacious. First stay (7 days) was on the 2nd floor, so we had our own balcony (our friends stayed on the 1st floor so didn't have a balcony). Breakfasts were great - buffet with all sorts of food - fruits, bakery, egg station etc Pool - a great kids pool. Always lots of kids around. Downside is that it is quite windy up there. There is a standard pool and then a super warm section - not a jacuzzi though (approx 40 degrees - very hot) Great location. Second stay we were on the 21st floor. We only stayed for one night this time. We had been upgraded, so the room was bigger, but the extractor fan and draught from the bathroom was like the background noise on a plane. If it was more than one night I would have asked to change rooms. One thing to note, my friends got a room next to the lifts - very noisy,so they had to move. Concierge were excellent calling taxis and getting us on shuttle buses. I would recommend the hotel, but it is a lottery on the room you get.

Our Sales Manager Chris Says ... The Aston at the Maui Banyan is a brand new property built on top of a brand new entertainment center with access to many new shops and restaurants. The rooms have been very nicely decorated. This was once a less desirable area of Waikiki but with this new property and the surounding entertainment center it has certainly revitalized the whole area.

Our Agent Phyllis Says ... This is a recently fully remodelled property in Waikiki and the interior's are beautifully done and "sharp around the edges". .. some of the nicest in Oahu. The units, themselves, are smaller, and the balconies are very small. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach is somewhat rocky and reefy in that area. The Embassy offers a nice size roof top pool with a section for toddlers as well.

Our Owner Roz Says ... A great place for families. The suites provide both privacy and space. The daily buffett breakfast with cooked-to-order egg & omelet bar is a big plus, and the daily 2-hour Manager's Reception (with Hawaiian music and light pupus) on the pool deck is a great way to end your day or start your evening. The new, fresh, clean feel of the rooms is nice, and the beds are very comfortable.
