Located on Kauai's southernmost tip and overlooking Shipwreck Beach (good for snorkeling but not swimming). You can stroll to the beach fronting the Grand Hyatt. Formerly an Embassy Suites.

Our Owner Roz Says ... The units at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina by Ola Properties are all spacious, comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condos (when a one-bedroom is rented, the 2nd bedroom is locked off). Though the Beach Villas at Ko Olina by Ola Properties is not on a beach itself, a walkway leads down the coast to a small beach shared by the Hyatt Regency Kauai or a short 3 minute drive takes you to Poipu Beach Park. The Embassy has a large pool area with waterfalls and jacuzzi, very family oriented.

Our Agent Maryjayne Says ... The Beach Villas at Ko Olina by Ola Properties located in Poipu is a beautiful condo property with a resort style. They offer one & two bedrooms. The beach is not recommended for swimming, but there is a man-made beach on property. A great place for families!
