A very beautiful property with a friendly and courteous staff. The hotel has a great pool with a waterfall and one of the nicest swimming beaches in the Poipu area.

A very tired hotel. Its rating would be at best 3 Star. Breakfast is an insult for the standard promised. Scrambled eggs have never seen a chicken. No inroom amenisties such as shower caps bathrobe shoecleaners etc. apparently other guests do not want it. No concessions made for living with a bad construction site and a non existing restaurant by the ocean as promised. Only highlight was the Lava bar where you could get a nice drink as well as a decent small lunch or sandwich which was actually well presented. We were encouraged by the staff to make some of these comments???!!!

Stayed in room 3101, next to the laundry room. Got to listen to the change machine rattle day and night. Sitting outside next to the dryer vents made for a very humid experience. Some advice, insulate the wall and put a barrier between the dryer vents and the outdoor patio. Everything else was good, not GREAT, but good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When you arrive at the property, you will be greeted with a welcome lei . . . how nice is that! The hotel has a great pool with a waterfall and one of the nicest swimming beaches in the Poipu area. The resort also offers a beauty salon, massage center, fitness area, a variety of restaurants, and more. A great resort to stay at while visiting the island of Kauai!
